TO: Defendant, Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under of Against, DONALD L. WOLFF, deceased
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, BRITTANY ESTATES RO ASSOCIATION INC., has filed an action seeking to eject you and quiet tile to real property identified as 149 Orange Blossom, Leesburg, Florida 34748, located in Lake County, Florida, and more particularly identified as follows:
Unit No. 149 of Brittany Estates RO Association, Inc., a Residential Cooperative, according to the Plat Plan of the Master Proprietary Lease recorded in Public Records Lake County, Florida, legally described as follows: That part of Government Lot 1 in Section 19, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, in Lake County, Florida, bounded and described as follows: From the Southeast corner of said Government Lot 1 run North along the East line thereof to the Northerly line of the abandoned right of way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, said point being the point of beginning of this description. From said point of beginning run Southwesterly along the Northerly line of said abandoned right of way to a point that is 792 feet West of the East line of said Government lot 1; thence North parallel with said East line to the waters of Lake Griffin; thence Easterly along and with th waters of Lake Griffin to the East line of said Government lot 1; thence South along said East line to the point of beiginning.
ALSO
that part of the West 175 feet of the East 621.55 feet of Government lot 1 in Section 19, Twonship 19 South, Range 25 East, in Lake County, Florida, lying South of the Southerly line of the abandoned right of way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad.

That part of Government lot 5 in Section 19, Twonship 19 South, Range 25 East, in Lake County, Florida, bounded and described as follows: Begin at a point 446.55 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Government lot 5 and run West 175 feet; thence South 76.35 feet, more or less, to teh Northerly line of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 441; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said right of way 176 feet, more or less, to a point due South of the point of beginning; thence North 48.72 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. That part of Government lots 1 and 5 in Section 19, Twonship 19 South, Range 25 East, in Lake County, Florida, bounded and described as follows: Begin at a point on the Southerly line of the abandoned right of way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad that is 200 feet West of the East line of daid section 19 when measered at right angles thereto; thence run South parallel with the East line of Said Section 19 to the Northerly line of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 441, thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 441; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 441 to the East line of Section 19; thence North along the East line of said Section 19 to the Southerly line of the right of way of the Seaboard Line Railroad; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of the right of way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad to the point of beginning; less and except the East 50 feet thereof. Together with that certain easement for ingress and egress granted by Instrument dated Octoer 16, 1934 and recorded in Official Records Book 821, Page 1245, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, and that certain easement for roadway purpopses granted by instrument datede April 4, 1985 and recorded in Official Records Book 837, Page 460, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.

you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Michael E. Schuchat, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before October 10, 2025, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Leesburg Daily Commercial.
