IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LARRY C. TERRY, DECEASED. Notice is hereby given that David A. Cox was on December 19, 2025, appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Larry C. Terry, Deceased. All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred. The estate is believed to be insolvent, and an insolvent estate may be summarily closed after expiration of the claims period. Terry, known or unknown, that on the 26 day of March 2026, at 11:00 A.M., in the Tipton Circuit Court, Tipton County, Indiana, the Motion by the Personal Representative for a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure or Sale will come up for action regarding the real estate in Delaware County, Indiana commonly known as 2820 E County Road 800 N, Eaton, Indiana, more fully described as Ninety-five (95) feet of equal width off of the entire East side of the West two hundred twenty (220) feet of the following described tract. Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Twenty-two (22) North, Range Ten (10) East, running thence North to a point in the center of the highway four (4) chains and eighty-seven links; thence West four (4) chains and ninety-seven (97) links; thence South four (4) chains and eighty-seven (87) links; thence East four (4) chains and ninety-seven (97) links, to the place of beginning. Any objections to a Motion for Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure or Sale stating why said Motion should not be approved must be filed in writing on or before said date and time.
