Notice of Administration & Notice of Hearing NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE OF HEARING (Supervised Administration) CAUSE NO.: 80C01-2512-ES-000095 IN THE TIPTON CIRCUIT COURT OF TIPTON COUNTY, INDIANA. IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CONSTANCE J. LUTTINEN, DECEASED. Notice is hereby given that David A. Cox was on February 2, 2026, appointed Personal Representative of the Probate Estate of Constance J. Luttinen, Deceased. All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred. The estate is believed to be insolvent, and an insolvent estate may be summarily closed after expiration of the claims period. Notice of hearing is hereby given to Linda Chapman, Lee Chapman, John Chapman, and to all other heirs and descendants of Constance J. Luttinen, known or unknown, that on the 26 day of March 2026, at 11:00 A.M., in the Tipton Circuit Court, Tipton County, Indiana, the Motion by the Personal Representative for a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure or Sale will come up for action regarding the real estate in Owen County, Indiana commonly known as 206 N East St, Spencer , Indiana, more fully described as Lot Number Twenty-two (22) in Fletcher's Addition to the Town of Spencer, Owen County, Indiana. EXCEPT, beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot Twenty-two (22); thence northerly with the east line of said lot 50 feet to an iron pipe and to the north line of said lot; thence westerly on said north line 58 feet to a pipe; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of said lot; thence on the said south line easterly 58 feet to the place of beginning. Any objections to a Motion for Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure or Sale stating why said Motion should not be approved must be filed in writing on or before said date and time.
