Notice of Adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 195(2025-2026) Notice is hereby given that ordinance No. 195 a summary of which follows, was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Kelley on April 14, 2026, and will become effective July 1, 2026. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 92 (Water Rates), SECTION 92.02 (RATES FOR SERVICE) Summary Ordinance No. 195. a full copy of which is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Kelley, is an ordinance amending Chapter 92 Water Rates as stated below 92.02 RATES FOR SERVICE. Water service shall be furnished at the following monthly rates within the City beginning with the July 01, 2026 billing: 1.Minimum Charge per month @ $29.25 (minimum bill). 2.$ 9.00 per 1,000 gallons. In no case shall the minimum service charge be less than $29.25 per month, which is necessary to retire the indebtedness, support the operation and maintenance of the system, and provide the reserve necessary for maintaining the water system.
