Notice of Adoption of Washington County Ordinance No. 2025-1314-O On December 15, 2025, the County Legislative Body of Washington County adopted Ordinance Number 2025-1314-O, 'An Ordinance Rezoning a Certain Portion of Washington County Located at Approximately 750 North Cottam Ranch Road in Veyo from the A-20 Zone (Agricultural 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size), and the OST-20 Zone (Open Space Transition 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size), to the A-5 Zone (Agricultural 5 Acre Minimum Lot Size), Hereinafter Fully Described in This Ordinance (Applicant: Austin Leavitt) The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone a portion of Washington County in Veyo.
