Notice of Adoption of Washington County Ordinance No. 2026-1316-O On February 17, 2026, the County Legislative Body of Washington County adopted Ordinance Number 2026-1316-O, 'An Ordinance Rezoning a Certain Portion of Washington County Located at Approximately 200 W Juniper Road, Dammeron Valley, Utah From the OSC-20 Zone (Open Space Conservation 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size) to the RA-10 Zone (Residential Agricultural 10 Acre Minimum Lot Size), Hereinafter Fully Described in This Ordinance.
