Notice of Amended and Restated Condominium Declaration
PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PROPOSED
AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION
FOR PARK RIVER WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
Notice is hereby given pursuant to C.R.S. §38-33.3-217(1)(b)(I)(B) that Park River West Condominium Association, Inc. (PRW"), a Colorado nonprofit corporation and a Colorado Common Interest Community is proposing an Amended and Restated Declaration pursuant to the authority granted in the Declaration and in C.R.S. § 38-33.3-217.
The amendment is a complete restatement of its original Declaration filed of record on Larimer County, Colorado on May 21, 2002, at Reception No. 2002056084, together with subsequent amendments and filings made as phases of Park River West were built. The purpose of the Amended and Restated Declaration is to bring it into compliance with changes in the law and operating procedures occurring since the date of the original filing.
The legal description of PRW is:
LOTS 1 AND 2, PARK RIVER WEST SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 25 AND THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 26, T5N R73W OF THE 6TH P.M., TOWN OF ESTES PARK, LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO
The full text of the Amended and Restated Declaration will be mailed to all Unit Owners at the time their approval is requested and will be recorded upon approval of 67% of the Unit Owners in the Association. A copy of the proposed Amended and Restated Declaration may be obtained by sending a request by certified mail to the address below.
