Notice is hereby given that the Department of Community Development has recently received applications for the following development proposal(s). These proposals may be the subject of future public hearings, before the Kitsap County Hearing Examiner, of which separate notice shall be published in this newspaper at least 15 days prior to the public hearing.

Project Location: 32550 HOFFMAN RD NE Kingston, WA 98346
Project Description: OVER YONDER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP - Conditional Use Permit - Accessory Dwelling Unit - SUBMISSION-2025-2440. Applicant proposes constructing an accessory dwelling unit on the 2.87-acre parcel. The site is currently developed with a 3,125 square foot Single Family Residence, a detached garage and two sheds. The detached ADU will be located 23-feet from the primary residence. Subject property has the Shoreline Designation of "Rural Conservancy", which requires a Conditional Use Permit for a shoreline structure of an ADU. Approval of the CUP-ADU is subject to the approval of a CUP-Shoreline.
