The 2.9-acre site is a developed shoreline site with a permitted replacement Single Family Residence (SFR) currently under construction. The site is subject to a SCUP because it is not located within an urban growth boundary. The property is a shoreline property and development will occur within the 200' of shoreline jurisdiction, there will be no development within the 130' standard shoreline buffer.
