Notice of Application Notice of Application Pursuant to public notification requirements, Kansas Administrative Regulation (K.A.R.) 28-18-4, this notification is to inform all potentially concerned parties that Jackson Flats Washout 640 W Diamond Dr, Salina, Kansas intends to construct modifications to a livestock waste management system for a commercial livestock truck wash and has submitted a permit application to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE). The Public Land Survey System location of the facility is described as tracts in the NE 1/4, Section 35, Township 13 South, Range 3 West in Saline County. KDHE is hereby requesting comments regarding the permit application. KDHE will accept comments until the 30th day of a defined public notification period. The permit application, (project reference Jackson Flats Washout Wastewater Retention Structure Project) may be reviewed at the KDHE North Central District Office, 2501 Market Place, Suite D, Salina, Kansas 67401, (785) 827-7699; or the KDHE Main Office, Curtis State Office Building, 1000 SW Jackson Street, Suite 420, Topeka, Kansas 66612-1367, (785) 296-6432.
