Notice of Application Armstrong Bank, Muskogee, Oklahoma intends to apply to the Federal Reserve System for permission to establish a branch office. We intend to establish a branch office located at 16505 North May Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73012. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of our banks in helping to meet local credit needs. The Federal Reserve will consider your comments and any requests for a hearing on the application if they are received by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City on or before the last day of the comment period.
