Project Name: Winslow Wastewater Treatment Plant – Geotechnical Exploration in Puget Sound Project Number: PLN53181 Permit Type: Shoreline Substantial Development Exemption Site Location: 6410 Wing Point Rd NE Parcel No.: 4121-000-010-0202 Project Description: City of Bainbridge Island is planning to extend the existing outfall to modify the outfall terminal location. Two in-water geotechnical borings are proposed to provide the design team with relevant geotechnical information to support the 60% design phase of the project.
