Notice of Application for Acquisition of Mountain Commerce Bancorp, Inc. by Home BancShares, Inc. Home BancShares, Inc., 719 Harkrider Street, Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas 72032, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to acquire 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Mountain Commerce Bancorp, Inc., 6101 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee 37919 and thereby indirectly acquire Mountain Commerce Bank, 6101 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37919. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs.
