C.C.P. 3281, applied for authority to sell the following described immovable property owned by the Successions of JAMES GERVIS CLOUD and MARY ANN CLOUD on the terms and conditions set forth in the application: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all improvements located thereon and all rights, ways and privileges thereto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish Louisiana, and being more. particularly described as follows: Lot Twenty-Nine (29) of Meadowdale Subdivision situated in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 4 North, Range l East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, as per plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 13, Page 71, of the official records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Said property is the same property acquired by the Decedents pursuant to that certain Sale and Mortgage recorded under Instrument Number 573193 in the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana The Order granting such authority may be issued after expiration of seven (7) days from the date whereon the last publication of this Notice appears.
