Notice of Application for Fluid Injection Well Permit Edinburgh Energy Partners, LLC – 2410 Brandy Hill Rd, Midland, TX 79707 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject produced salt water by well injection into a porous formation productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject produced salt water into the Palo Pinto formation, Hoelscher Schwertner Lease, Well Number 1. The proposed injection well is located 9 miles South of Winters, TX in the Ballinger (Palo Pinto) Field in Runnels County. Produced salt water will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 3402' to 3600'. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
