Notice of Application for Fluid Injection Well Permit Texland Petroleum, L.P. 600 Bailey Avenue, Suite 150 Fort Worth, Texas 76107 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil and gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Lower Clear Fork formation, Lease Name: HOOKER, L.H. Well #10 in Yoakum County, Texas. The proposed injection well is approximately 10 miles E of Plains, TX in the Ownby (Wichita-Albany) field. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 7750' - 8550' TVD and 7783' - 8589' MD. Legal authority: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resource Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
