Notice of Application for Formation of Bank Holding Company GATEWAY HOLDING COMPANY, INC. MESA, ARIZONA Gateway Holding Company, Inc., Mesa, Arizona, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to form a bank holding company with respect to Gateway Commercial Bank, Mesa, Arizona. Gateway Holding Company, Inc. intends to acquire control of Gateway Commercial Bank, Mesa, Arizona. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of banks owned by such companies in helping to meet local credit needs.
