Notice of Application for the Merger of American National Bank into Associated Bank, National Association Notice is given that application has been made to the Comptroller of the Currency, 400 7th Street, SW, Washington, D.C. 20219, on or about December 30, 2025, for consent to merge American National Bank, main office located at 8990 W Dodge Rd, Omaha, NE 68114, into Associated Bank, National Association ("Associated Bank"), main office located at 200 N Adams St, Green Bay, WI 54301 (the "Bank Merger"). American National Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of American National Corporation ("American National"), headquarters located at 8990 W Dodge Rd, Omaha, NE 68114. Associated Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated Banc-Corp ("Associated"), headquarters located at 433 Main St, Green Bay, WI 54301. Prior to the Bank Merger, American National will merge with and into Associated (the "Holdco Merger"). The Bank Merger is expected to occur immediately after the Holdco Merger. In the Bank Merger, American National Bank would be merged with and into Associated Bank. Associated Bank would be the surviving bank and continue as a national banking association. It is contemplated that the main offices and branch offices of the above-mentioned banks will continue to operate immediately after the Bank Merger, except for the main office of American National Bank located at 8990 W Dodge Rd, Omaha, NE 68114, which will continue to operate as a branch location of the surviving bank but will cease to operate as a main office. It is possible that the aforementioned banks may decide to close or consolidate one or more bank branches in connection with their proposed merger in geographies where branches overlap or for other business reasons, but it is not likely that any such decisions will be made until after consummation of the Bank Merger. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5. Anyone may find information on this application (including the closing date of the comment period) in the Weekly Bulletin available at www.occ.gov.
