Notice of Application of Downtown Savannah Authority Pursuant to Ga. Laws 1981, p. 4041 (the "Act"), notice is hereby given that the DOWNTOWN SAVANNAH AUTHORITY will seek express approval of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah to issue its Downtown Savannah Authority Taxable Revenue Bonds (City of Savannah Eastern Wharf Parking Project), Series 2026. Said application shall come for first reading before the Mayor and Aldermen at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall and shall further come for second reading and public hearing as provided in the Act at the Council meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in the said Council Chambers.
