Notice of Application to Establish Branch Office Merchants Bank of Indiana Notice is given that Merchants Bank of Indiana has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Chicago Regional Office, to establish a branch office at 101 W. Kirkwood Avenue, Suite 030, Bloomington, IN 47404. This notice is published pursuant to 12 C.F.R. 303.44. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the FDIC's Chicago Regional Office located at 300 S Riverside Plaza #1700, Chicago, IL 60606 not later than October 23, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the FDIC's Chicago Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
