Notice of Application to Relocate a Branch of a National Bank Notice is given that Fifth Third Bank, National Association, a federally chartered depository institution with its main office located at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on or about December 11, 2025, as specified in 12 CFR Part 5, for permission to relocate a staffed branch from its current location branch of 1340 East Venice Avenue, Venice, Florida 34285 ("East Venice BC"), to its new location branch of 1425 East Venice Avenue, Venice, Florida 34292 ("Venice Commons BC").
