PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 8, 2026, the City of Plainfield Zoning Board of Adjustment granted approval to applicant, SHEUREE ALEXANDER, for confirmation of existing non-conforming bulk variance conditions related to: minimum lot area, minimum lot width, minimum lot frontage, minimum lot coverage, minimum single side yard setback, minimum combined ide yard setback, maximum lot coverage, minimum improvable area and minimum improvable area – diameter of circle; together with an off-street parking variance; in order to construct an addition on the existing dwelling consisting of dormers on the front and rear of the half story to convert it into a full story containing two (2) bedrooms and a full bathroom on the property located at 717-719 Dorbett Place, and designated as Lot 8 in Block 628 on the City of Plainfield Tax Map, which approval was memorialized by a written Resolution adopted on May 13, 2026. The Resolution is on file at the office of the Zoning Board Secretary, located in the Division of Planning and Community Development, Second Floor, City Hall, 515 Watchung Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey, and is available for inspection during the Secretary's normal business hours.
