Notice of Bank Merger Act Application Longview Community Bank, located at 130 Washington Street, Mt. Pulaski, Illinois 62548, has submitted to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act for approval of the merger of Middletown State Bank, located at 100 N Madison St, Middletown, Illinois 62666, with and into Longview Community Bank with Longview Community Bank as the surviving bank in the merger. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated following the closing of the merger. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Chicago Regional Office located at 300 S. Riverside Plaza #1700, Chicago, IL 60606, not later than November 10, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Chicago Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
