Notice of Bank Merger Notice is hereby given that a Bank Merger Act Application (the "Application") has been filed on or about December 31, 2025 with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the "FDIC"), 15 Braintree Hill Office Park, Suite 200, Braintree, MA 02184 for consent to merge Santander Consumer USA Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its main office at 1601 Elm Street, Suite 800, Dallas, TX 75201, with and into Santander Bank, N.A. ("SBNA"), a national bank with its main office at 824 N. Market Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19801. SBNA will be the surviving entity. It is contemplated that all existing branches and offices of SBNA will continue to operate. Any person wishing to comment on this Application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Boston Regional Office of the FDIC at 15 Braintree Hill Office Park, Suite 200, Braintree, MA 02184 not later than January 31, 2026. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the Boston Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
