To: 3 Port Investments Inc., its successors and assigns, and any persons claiming an interest in the property described herein.
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Lot 4, Heyward Ward, also known as 746 East Bolton Street, Savannah, Georgia, PIN 20043 09012 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day of April, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated January 7, 2025 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia in Deed Book 3586, Page 200.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of April, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
