Notice of Bids The City of Lake View, Alabama, (the "City"), is soliciting sealed bids for renovation work on the City's Cart Barn and City Hall. Sealed bids must be received in the City Clerk's Office at Lake View City Hall, 22757 Central Park Drive, Lake View, Alabama 35111 no later than October 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Lake View City Hall Council Chambers. Bids will not be accepted by email or facsimile. A copy of the bid package may be found on the City's website at www.lakeviewalabama.gov. For further information, please contact the Building Official by email at buildingdept@lakeviewalabama.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bid, and to award a contract in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interests of the City. A recommendation of award and a decision on the bids is expected at the City Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. but the City reserves the right to make its decision at a different time if it deems that it is in the best interests of the City.
