Notice of Budget Hearing LEGAL NOTICE WEST ENDICOTT FIRE DISTRICT BUDGET HEARING WHEREAS, THE Board of Fire Commissioners is required to adopt a proposed budget at least 21 days before October 21, 2025, so that it is available for public inspection prior to the budget hearing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Endicott Fire District has adopted a proposed Annual Fire District Budget for 2026 as of this date for purposes of discussion and review at the Budget Hearing to be held on October 21, 2025 and a copy of the proposed budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Union and at the office of the West Endicott Fire District Secretary at 113 North Page Avenue, Endicott, New York where it may be inspected by any interested person upon request. Copies of the proposed budget will be available on the night of the said hearing. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Endicott Fire District will hold the Annual Fire District Budget Hearing to be conducted with reference to the Annual Fire District Budget for fiscal year 2026 on Tuesday October 21, 2025 commencing at 7:00 PM at the West Endicott Fire Station at 113 North Page Ave, Endicott, New York and via Zoom.
