Notice of Budget Workshop of the Board of Supervisors of Stoneybrook North Community Development District Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Stoneybrook North Community Development District (the "District") will hold a Budget Workshop on July 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Place Ft. Myers at the Forum, 2600 Champion Ring Road, Fort Myers, FL 33905. The purpose of the Workshop is to discuss the FY 2026-2027 operations and maintenance Budget and assessments. A copy of the agenda for the workshops will be available 7 days prior to the workshops on the District's website at www.stoneybrooknorthcdd.org or upon request from the District Manager, Audette Bruce at Audette@hikai.com . The District Manager's office can be reached telephonically at (813) 565-4663. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such workshop. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate virtually by telephone or video conference. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the workshop is asked to advise the District Manager's office at least 48 hours before the workshop.
