Notice of Closure

Notice of Closure Options Behavioral Health Hospital (Options) of Indianapolis, Indiana, will voluntarily discontinue its participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs effective October 1, 2025, and subsequently cease all operations effective October 9, 2025, after which no services will be available. Prior to our closure, Options will work with state and local agencies to ensure an orderly transition of remaining patients to the appropriate services as determined by the clinical treatment team. Since its opening, Options has supported tens of thousands of patients through serious mental health and substance use issues, providing a source of hope and healing for those in desperate need. We are grateful to have served the communities surrounding greater Indianapolis.
