Lot1, R-70 zone to retain three existing HAM radio antennas. Applicant obtained approval with the variance relief granted: 1. Bulk variance to permit the continued presence of three antennas where one is permitted. 2. Bulk variance for side yard setback of 2.5' for Antenna A where 10' is required. 3.
