Please take notice that on August 28, 2025 ("Resolution") meeting date, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rumson formally adopted a resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its July 24, 2025 ("Board Approval") meeting date, granting Patrick and Jennifer Armstrong the following approved variances:
Secondary front yard setback for raised patio
Secondary front yard setback of inground swimming pool
Secondary front yard setback of pool patio
Secondary front yard setback of pool equipment pad
The location of the premise is in the Zone as shown on the Borough Tax Map, Block 128, Lot 1 and commonly known as 2 Oyster Bay Drive, Rumson, New Jersey.
Please be advised that a copy of the above referenced Resolution is on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Rumson Municipal Building, 80 East River Road, Rumson, New Jersey and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
