Notice of Decision BOROUGH OF AVON-BY-THE-SEA PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION Notice is hereby given that at the meeting of the Planning Board of the Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea on October 27th 2025, at the Avon Marina Building, 2 Main Street, Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea, New Jersey, the following action was taken: The Applicants, Robin and Anna Berhang were granted a request for relief with a variance for their property at 103 Norwood Avenue, Avon-By-The-Sea, New Jersey, pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(C). The conditions of such approval are set forth in the Resolution. Notice is further given that the determination of the Board has been filed in the Avon Municipal Office, Borough Hall, 301 Main Steet, Avon-By-The-Sea and may be inspected during regular business hours.
