Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of January, 2026 at 7:30pm local time, a public hearing was held for the Planning/Zoning Board of Haddon Township, at which hearing an application to construct an addition in rear of property. Relief from section 142-37(A)(4) which requires minimum single yard setback of 10 feet and 5 feet is proposed and existing. Relief from section 142-37(A)(4) which requires total combined side yard setbacks of 25 feet and 10.1 feet is proposed and 10.5 feet is existing. To Daniel Truesdell on Block 11.02 Lot 11, Zone R-1 commonly known as 225 Buckner Avenue, Haddon Township, New Jersey was heard.
