Notice of Decision
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on January 14, 2026, the City of Bridgeton Planning Board granted amended preliminary and final major site plan approval, side yard setback variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), and design waivers in order to permit the undersigned Applicant to construct, establish and maintain a cannabis operation comprised of a 43,492 s.f. Class 1 Cannabis Cultivation facility and a 5,000 s.f. Class 2 Cannabis Manufacturing facility with associated site improvements including, but not necessarily limited to parking, stormwater management, site circulation, lighting and landscaping on the property shown as Lot 1.03 (formerly known as Lots 1, 1.01 & 3) in Block 132 on the City of Bridgeton Tax Map, which property is located at 10 Grove Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey. The above-referenced approval was granted in furtherance of, and as amendment to, the relief granted by the Planning Board at the hearing on February 23, 2022, as memorialized via Resolution No. 22-01PB.
The decision of the Board at the January 14, 2026 hearing was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said City of Bridgeton Planning Board on March 11, 2026 and is available at the office of the Planning Board Secretary located in the Development & Planning Department within the Bridgeton Tourist Center, 50 E. Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
