Notice of Decision Township of Berkeley NOTICE OF DECISION. PLEASE take notice that on April 16, 2026 the Berkeley Township Planning adopted a Resolution granting minor subdivision approval with bulk variance and design waiver relief and minor site plan approval to relocate the parking for the existing church to the Applicant, New Hope Baptist Church, on the premises designated as Block 35, Lots 1220-1226, 1317-1323, 1212-1219 & 1324-1331 on the official tax map of Berkeley Township, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey. The approval is subject to conditions set forth in the Resolution. A copy of the Resolution has been filed in the office of the Board Secretary at the Township's Municipal Building, 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey 08721, and is available for public inspection during normal business days and hours (except holidays).
