Notice of Decision
On 5/21/2026, the Hazlet Township Land Use Board adopted a Resolution granting variance relief for application #26-04L to Stephen and Joyce Schmidt, 6 Wyoming Drive; Block 107, Lot 2, R-70 Zone to construct an in-ground swimming pool. Applicant obtained approval with the following variance relief granted:
Variance for existing front yard setback of 22' where 25' is required and 8.5' side yard setback where 10' is required (Existing condition)
Variance for existing shed located 3' from side and rear property lines where 5' is required. (Existing condition)
Variance for impervious covereage of 50% where 40% is maximum and 41.7% is existing.
Variance for side yard setback of 7' for pool where 10' is required.
