Notice of Decision Township of Middletown Zoning Board of Adjustment Please take notice that on April 27th, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Middletown formally adopted a resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its March 23rd, 2026 meeting date, granting John and Linda Hockin approval to: Permit the demolition of an existing rear terrace in order to construct a 1 story addition (containing a living room and mudroom), two decks with steps, and reconfigure an existing driveway. The following variance was granted: Maximum Lot Coverage: 25% permitted, 29.8% existing, 28.6% proposed. The location of the premise is in the R-22 Zone as shown on the Borough Tax Map, Block 650, Lot 10 and commonly known as 753 Park Ave., Middletown, New Jersey.
