Notice of Decision Zoning Board of Adjustment Borough of Fair Haven Monmouth County New Jersey Please take notice that on May 7th, 2026, the Borough of Fair Haven Zoning Board of Adjustment formally adopted a resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its April 16th, 2026 meeting date, granting Edward and Kelly Flanagan approval to: Construct several 1st floor and 2nd floor additions, covered side entry, a driveway extension, a detached one car garage, rear patio and walkways, outdoor shower, and relocate an existing shed, at an existing single family residence.
