Please take notice that on May 7th, 2026, the Borough of Fair Haven Zoning Board of Adjustment formally adopted a resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its April 16th, 2026 meeting date, granting Edward and Kelly Flanagan approval to: Construct several 1st floor and 2nd floor additions, covered side entry, a driveway extension, a detached one car garage, rear patio and walkways, outdoor shower, and relocate an existing shed, at an existing single family residence. The following variance was granted: Maximum Floor Area: 2,200 square feet permitted, 2,902 square feet existing, 3,491 square feet proposed. The location of the premise is 223 Third St., Fair Haven, NJ, and designated at Block 40, Lot 7.01 on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Fair Haven. A copy of the above referenced Resolution is on file with the Borough Clerk and may be inspected at the Municipal Building during regular business hours.
