Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of May, 2026 at 7:30 PM, local time, a public hearing was held before the Township of Haddon Planning/Zoning Board at which hearing an application for minor site plan approval, conditional use (d3) variance relief from §142-38.1(A), bulk (c) variance relief from §142-37(J) as to the I-1 (Light Industrial) zone pertaining to lot depth, minimum side yard setbacks and as to the maximum amount of parking lot coverage, in order to operate a Class 5 retail cannabis dispensary on the site, together with design waiver relief from §142-39(A)(1)(a) and A(3)(b) as to the requirement to provide landscaped islands and install curbs on landscaped areas in the parking lot and from §142-39(A)(4) as to the minimum distance between access points submitted by the applicant, Brotherly Bud Haddon Township, LLC, regarding property identified as Block 5.14, Lots 2 – 4 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Haddon, more commonly known as 408 Route 130, Haddon Township, New Jersey, was heard.
Said application was denied which decision is on file and available for inspection in the Municipal Annex Building, 10 Reeve Avenue, Haddon Township, New Jersey.
Said application was memorialized on June 9, 2026, which resolution is on file in the Municipal Annex Building, 10 Reeve Avenue, Haddon Township, New Jersey.
