Notice of Discharge of Untreated Wastewater Carolina Water Service of North Carolina (CWSNC), had a discharge of an estimated 53,000 gallons of untreated wastewater from a lift station in Lake Ticoa in Connestee Falls. The discharge was identified by CWSNC personnel at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2025.
