Notice of Dishonor and Reconveyance Demand
PUBLIC NOTICE – ESTATE OF ABDULRAHMAN ABDULRASHID
The Estate of ABDULRAHMAN ABDULRASHID gives notice that Freedom Mortgage, CrossCountry Mortgage, Ticor Title, North Star Trustee Operations, and State Farm remain in continued dishonor after more than 287 certified notices and demands.
The Estate has lawfully tendered and remitted over $228,657.63 since July 2024, including documented FRN transfers, Accepted-for-Value instruments, payments under protest, and escrow retained by Ticor Title.
Despite this performance, tenders remain uncredited. Verified CFPB complaints confirm misconduct, including deliberate misreporting of "non-payment."
Freedom Mortgage attempted to re-contract through HUD during COVID-19 with three identical promissory notes, which were refused. To remain in honor, the Estate withdrew nearly $35,000 from retirement funds under protest.
Despite repeated Qualified Written Requests, no party has produced the wet-ink note, GAAP ledgers, or perfected chain of title. Record shows continuing dishonor, inactive MERS, and a broken title chain.
The Estate demands lawful reconveyance of title under the original Statutory Warranty Deed (fee simple absolute). Any further foreclosure attempt constitutes unlawful interference and trespass.
