Notice of Dissolution - KEI Holding Company NOTICE TO CREDITORS: Notice is hereby given that KEI Holding Company, an Oregon corporation, filed Articles of Dissolution with the Oregon Secretary of State on December 24, 2025. This notice is published pursuant to ORS 60.644, to notify creditors of KEI Holding Company of the dissolution and provide a final opportunity to make claims against the company. All persons having claims against the company are required to present them in writing, describing the nature and amount of the claim, to the following address: 7720 NE Highway 99, Suite D # 348, Vancouver, WA 98665. Claims must include: (i) the claimant's name and address, (ii) the amount claimed, (iii) a detailed statement of the basis for the claim, and (iv) any supporting documentation. Except as provided in ORS 60.644(4), a claim against the company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the date of publication of this notice.
