Notice of Dissolution Proceedings Pursuant to MCR 2.106(C) - Thornburg Equity Group LLC ("TEG") and Investors Equity Group, Inc. ("IEG"), Hanover 19 LLC ("Hanover 19"), Southern Michigan Pipeline LLC ("SMP") and Rainbow Oil and Gas Co. ("Rainbow) Ingham County Circuit Court Docket No. 26-1486-CB To: Rainbow Oil and Gas Co., and heirs of Neil E. Clevidence ("Clevidence") and John R. Powell ("Powell") Plaintiffs TEG and IEG were co-owners of Hanover, Hanover 19 and SMP with Rainbow and have brought an action to dissolve Hanover, Hanover 19 and SMP. The shareholders of Rainbow were Messrs. Clevidence and Powell, both of whom are deceased. The only heir of either Rainbow shareholder known to TEG and IEG is Mr. Clevidence's daughter, Carrie Pearson. If any interested person desires to be heard regarding this action, they should file an answer with the Ingham County Circuit Court within 28 days of the completion of service by publication, which shall take place over three ocnsecutive weeks. The answer should be filed at the following address: Ingham County Circuit Court, Veterans Memorial Courthouse, 313 W. Kalamazoo Street, 1st Floord, Lansing, Michigan 48933.
