Notice of Dissolution In the Matter of the Application of Leonid Dorfman, Fifty Percent Owner of D&M New World Management, Inc., dba Apollo Fine Wines and Spirits, Petitioner, For the Dissolution of D&M World Management Inc., d/b/a/ Apollo Fine Wines and Spirits, pursuant to BCL sections 1104 and 1104-a. Pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of New York, County of Rockland, Thomas F. Diviny, Esq., be and hereby is appointed Receiver of D&M New World Management, Inc., dba Apollo Fine Wines and Spirits and has been ordered to administer the affairs of the corporation and effect a plan of dissolution for said corporation. As Receiver, it is hereby requested by Thomas F.
