Notice of Dissolution

Notice of Dissolution Tyner Petrus Co LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company with its registered office located at 101 Mill Street, West Monroe, Louisiana 71291, hereby gives notice that the Company has been dissolved, and that the proceeding for dissolution and liquidation is being conducted out of court, effective as of December 16, 2025. Pursuant to La. R.S. 12:1338, all creditors of the Company, all persons believed to have valid or subsisting claims (excluding prescribed or time-barred claims), and all persons having unfulfilled contracts with the Company are hereby called upon to present their claims in writing and in detail to: David Wayne Petrus, Manager Tyner Petrus Co LLC 3820 Cypress Street West Monroe, Louisiana 71291 All such claims must be received on or before July 15, 2026. Failure to present a timely written claim may result in the claim being perpetually and peremptorily barred, as provided by La. R.S. 12:1338(C)–(E). The giving and publication of this notice shall not be deemed an acknowledgment of any claim, a waiver of any defense or setoff, an interruption of prescription, or a revival of any prescribed or perempted claim.
