Notice of Dissolution SB West Jefferson Partners, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (the "Company"), was voluntarily dissolved on October 31, 2025. If you believe that you have a claim against the Company, such claim should be submitted in writing and mailed to 3454 Douglas Road, Suite 250, South Bend, Indiana 46635. The claim should include a description of the claim as well as the dollar value of the claim. The claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years from the date of publication of this notice.
