Notice of Dissolution To all creditors of and claimants against Beacon Lafayette LLC and all other concerned persons: Take notice pursuant to IC 23-18-9-9 that Articles of Dissolution of Beacon Lafayette LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 15 W Executive Drive, Unit # 104, Carmel, IN 46032, were filed with the Indiana Secretary of State on March 24, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code § 23-18-9-7 et. seq. All creditors of and claimants against Beacon Lafayette LLC are hereby required to present their claims and demands in writing, in sufficient detail, to Stuart & Branigin LLP, P.O. Box 1010, Lafayette, IN 47902-1010, as soon as possible. A claim against Beacon Lafayette LLC will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced not more than two (2) years after the publication of this notice.
