Notice of Dissolution To all creditors of and claimants against M.A.I.L. of Jacksonville, Inc. and all other concerned persons: Take notice pursuant to IC 23-1-45-7 that Articles of Dissolution of M.A.I.L. of Jacksonville, Inc., an Indiana Business Corporation, with its principal place of business at 6002 Bowdendale Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32216, were filed with the Indiana Secretary of State on March 25, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code § 23-1-45-3 et. seq. All creditors of and claimants against M.A.I.L. of Jacksonville, Inc. are hereby required to present their claims and demands in writing, in sufficient detail, to Stuart & Branigin LLP, P.O. Box 1010, Lafayette, IN 47902-1010, as soon as possible. A claim against M.A.I.L. of Jacksonville, Inc. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced not more than two (2) years after the publication of this notice.
