Notice of Dissolution To all creditors of and claimants against Rulo Inc. and all other concerned persons: Take notice pursuant to IC 23-1-45-7 that Articles of Dissolution of Rulo Inc., an Indiana Business Corporation, with its principal place of business at 314 Meridian Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906, were filed with the Indiana Secretary of State on May 28, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code § 23-1-45-3 et. seq. All creditors of and claimants against Rulo Inc. are hereby required to present their claims and demands in writing, in sufficient detail, to Stuart & Branigin LLP, P.O. Box 1010, Lafayette, IN 47902-1010, as soon as possible.
