Notice of Dissolution and Bar of Claims IceMule Company, Inc., a Florida corporation IceMule Company, Inc., a Florida corporation (the "Company"), has dissolved and is winding up its affairs. Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Florida Department of State on March 3, 2026. All persons with claims against the Company must present them in accordance with this notice. Each claim must state: Creditor legal name and contact information (mailing address, email, and phone). Total amount claimed (in U.S. dollars) and the basis of the claim (e.g., unpaid invoices, contract, lease), with supporting documentation (statements, contracts, invoices). If the claim is secured, identify the collateral and provide lien/perfection details (e.g., UCC filing number, security agreement, mortgage).
